Lucia has worked at Commonry since the first year and spends most of her time with organizers rather than members — helping groups survive their second year, which is where most of them stop.
She is careful to stay out of the way. Commonry’s role, as she describes it, is to make the boring parts of organizing easier and then leave the room.
