Learning Together
Be a beginner in a room full of beginners.
Demonstration only. In a deployment with accounts, this would add you to Night Class and notify you when Wes Okafor posts a new gathering. This blueprint has no accounts and stores nothing, so the button opens this note instead.
Night Class runs a single two-hour session each month on something concrete: bookbinding, bread scoring, basic knife sharpening, reading a transit budget. The teacher is always a member, and always someone who learned the skill within the last few years.
That constraint is the whole idea. Experts forget which part was hard. Recent learners remember exactly where they got stuck, and they teach it better.
Sessions are capped at twenty, cost nothing, and always end with everyone leaving holding the thing they made.
The teacher must have learned the skill within the last few years. No exceptions yet.
Every session produces a finished object, however rough.
Members post what they want to learn. Sessions are chosen from the board, not from a plan.
