Running & Movement
No pace talk. Nobody finishes alone.
Demonstration only. In a deployment with accounts, this would add you to Slow Mile Collective and notify you when Harriet Vance posts a new gathering. This blueprint has no accounts and stores nothing, so the button opens this note instead.
Slow Mile Collective was founded by two people recovering from injuries who could not find a running group that did not measure them. The house rule follows from that: no pace talk, before, during, or after.
Runs are looped so that faster and slower members share the same road repeatedly, and every session finishes as a group. A significant number of members walk part of it, which is unremarkable here.
The group also runs a quiet six-week return-to-running block twice a year, led by members who work in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation.
The only rule the group enforces. It is the reason most members stayed.
Everyone shares the same stretch of road several times, so no one is ever out on their own.
A six-week, low-mileage restart for members coming back from injury or a long gap.

The question we get most often, answered once properly so I can point people at it instead of retyping it every week.
